The Attack+ bonus on equipment (Weapon, Shield, Armor, Cloak, Mask) has been removed.
A new rarity system has been added.
Weapons, Armor, Cloaks, Masks, and Jewellery Pieces will now receive a random rarity (Common ~ Legendary) when acquired, along with a random stat from the following:
STR
DEX
INT
Haste
Crit. Chance
The value of the stat is determined by the rarity of the item, as well as its Base Item Level.
The rarity of an item will now affect its Item Level (from +0% (common) of the base Item Level, to +10% (legendary) of the base Item Level).
The stat can be rerolled by selecting the Rarity Management option at Peach, in Flaris. Each Rarity Re-Roll will cost a certain amount of Scrolls of Rarity Re-Roll, based on the item's Item Level.
The rarity can be upgraded by selecting the Rarity Management option at Peach, in Flaris. This require a copy of the same item with a higher rarity. Using the upgrade option will sacrifice the copy of the item and set the rarity of the main item to that of the sacrificial's.
The following updates have been applied to the obtention methods of Scroll of Rarity Re-Roll:
Can no longer be purchased from Peach.
The amount obtained from Shade's Realm and the Shrine of Life has been massively increased.
Can now be obtained from any monster, at a low rate.
Changes: General Equipment Progression
The amount of Sunstones, Moonstones, and Shining Orichalkums required for upgrading items of iLv.120 and above has been slightly increased.
The drop rate of crafting materials for Guardian, Historic, Angel, and Legendary Golden Weapons has been increased.
The drop rate of Guardian, Historic, Angel, and Legendary Golden Weapons has been increased.

Changes: Professions and Gathering Materials
The amount of Legendary profession materials obtained from the Spiritual Forest has been increased.
Alchemy recipes to transmute Epic profession materials into Legendary profession materials have been added.
The amount of Nuggets obtained from bosses within the Spiritual Forest has been increased.
Level 75 Catchers will now be spawning around Madrigal, yielding Profession and Upgrade Materials, as well as Penya, to those who defeat them.
Profession resource spawns have been updated. Nodes no longer follow a simple respawn logic anymore, but instead will also depend on other Nodes being gathered in order to respawn. The node location themselves remain unchanged.
Larger bodies of water will now have a random chance for more fish to appear once every so often, for a few minutes at a time. Fishing in such an area increases Collecting Yield, as well as the chance of obtaining fish of higher quality.
After not being gathered for a while, Profession nodes will start gaining stars, up to 5. Stars increase Collecting Yield, as well as the chance of obtaining resources of higher quality.
Changes: Movement Speed Calculations
The algorithm behind Move Speed calculations has been updated, resulting in the following:
Player base Move Speed has been reduced very slightly (5.5% difference).
The Move Speed shown in the Character Window (H) should now correctly function as a multiplier.
For example, prior to the changes, having 110% Move Speed did not mean being 10% faster.
Please note the Move Speed at maxed gear is roughly the same (0.75% difference).
The Move Speed shown in Mount Tooltip should now be correct. Mounts did, in fact, not have 250% Move Speed, but something closer to 167%.
The Move Speed percentage provided by Quick Step and Fast Walker has been slighly reduced. Please keep in mind that the actual speed provided by them remains the same.
Base Mount Move Speed has been increased slightly.
Mounts now benefit from the player's Move Speed.
Mounts' tooltips will now show their speed as a Speed Multiplier instead, as they effectively multiply speed with this change.
Changes: Rendering Engine
The following graphical improvements have been applied:
A big part of the rendering engine has been overhauled.
We have ran a lot of tests to ensure it doesn't cause issues, however please let us know if rendering issues are appearing.
Shadow quality has been massively improved.
Fog color will now adapt better to the environment.
The effects of the day/night cycle on the environment have been improved.
The visibility of telegraphed indicators have been improved.
Real-time lighting will now be applied using the position of the sun and moon. This applies to all objects, terrain, and water.
The day and night cycle has gotten several improvements.
A small effect will now appear on characters when hovering them.
The quality of water has been massively improved.
A "water quality" setting has been added for performance reasons.
Some post-processing effects have been added.
Please note that the Depth of Field can be disabled in the options.
Additionally, due to technical restrictions preventing it from working with our changes, the MSAA setting has been replaced with a housemade FXAA. While this should improve performance, the antialiasing is also not as good.
The experimental options "Day/Night Cycle" and "Directional Lighting" are now permanently added into the game, and as such, are no longer options.
Objects will now load into the game asynchronously, which should greatly improve performance and loading times.
Further performance improvements have been applied to the rendering code, specifically regarding Item Effects.
The visuals and performance of Yo-Yo Basic Attacks have been improved.
Changes: Dungeons
Quality of Life
In order to make Assists less mandatory in parties due to their Resurrection, Ethereal Crystals will now appear in dungeons.
Upon using the Lodestar inside of an instanced dungeon, players will now respawn next to the closest Ethereal Crystal.
Ethereal Crystals will appear upon reaching certain checkpoints in dungeons, such as starting a Mid-Boss or Boss battle.
The Lodestar delay in dungeons has been increased from 3 to 8 seconds. Please note that dungeons that had a delay of 10 seconds have had it reduce to 8 seconds.
The option "Dungeon Instance Messages" has been added. It can be found under Settings->Interface->Display->Others.
This option, enabled by default, allows the user to select if they wish to see messages from dungeon instances, such as monster or teleport spawns, at the top of the screen.

Competitive Dungeons
When we first conceptualized additional competitive dungeons together with the Secret Room, we had some grand ideas of elaborate dungeons and mechanics for group play. However due to time constraint we couldn't really make the other competitive dungeons as developed as Secret Room's mechanics. Which is why we are taking the time with this new cluster to revamp the other competitive dungeons where appropriate. Adding more fights and more mechanics!
We recommend you read our Developer Log (on our Discord Server) for more details on how to approach these new changes.
All competitive dungeons will now have a 30 seconds start delay, in which monsters will not spawn. This is intended to reduce the effect of longer loading times for players with lower-end computers.
The following changes have been applied to Leren Cavern (Master):
The Leren Cavern (Master) has received a map update, featuring thin paths leading to three seperate boss arenas.
New Bossfight: Mountain Lawolf Duo. You fight the Alpha leader of the Lawolf-Pack together with its female companion and their never ending supply of lawolf grunts. In this fight you'll have to balance fighting multiple bosses and small enemies between your party.
New Bossfight: Chained Serus Uriel. In this fight you'll see a Chained (unmoveable) Serus Uriel that has an unending hunger for anything within its range. As it eats its spawns it will grow in strength and size, can you stop her from regaining her full strength in time while dodging the chaining attacks of the 3 Statues around her?
Big Muscle tweaks: Big Muscle has received a few small adjustments to increase its difficulty, namely slightly less auto attacks between patterns, a debuff for failed jump-dodges on the stomp and some new SFX explosions for the self destructing rock and rock falls!
The following changes have been applied to Fantasy Grotto (Master):
Now is a wave-style dungeon where waves of small aggro monsters are spawned on an automatic timer every X seconds with bosses in between.
A Red Otem boss fight has been added.
A triple-Leanes boss fight has been added.
The flow of the dungeon will be as follows:
30 second start delay
A wave of monsters
60 second delay
A wave of monsters
50 second delay
A wave of monsters
When all 3 waves are fully defeated, a Red Otem Mini-Boss is spawned
When the Red Otem is defeated, the next wave of monsters spawns immediately
40 seconds delay
A wave of monsters
30 seconds delay
A wave of monsters
When these last 3 waves of monsters are defeated. Three Leanes Mini-Bosses will be spawned
Once all 3 Leanes Mini-Bosses are defeated, Krrr will take his chance on you.
Krrr has unchanged mechanics from its old competitive version.
The following changes have been applied to Moldy Cave (Master):
Moldy Cave (Master) has been reworked into a proper swamp style dungeon with a multitude of paths to take. Players are to figure out the best path to spawn the end boss by defeating all 5 relics. We recommend you read our dev log on exact details of the dungeon!
Moldy Cave has received a new swampy map!
Added 5 Relics that give a unique buff to all participants no matter their location on the map. These need to be defeated before Mushmoot can be challenged.
Added aggro guardian monsters that are not required to progress but serve as a hinderance for players.
Changes: Pass Bundle
The items "Elite Pass" and "Chronicles of the Adventurer" can no longer be removed via the Duration (J) Window.
The "Chronicles of the Adventurer" has been updated to work similarly to how it would expected to behave:
Upon activation, its duration will last until the end of the month.
Upon activation, it will now retroactively grant rewards.
For example, an Adventurer of Level 20 activating the Chronicles of the Adventurer on the 21st of April will instantly receive premium rewards for Levels 1 to 20, and the item will expire 9 days later, on the 1st of May at 0:00 (UTC).
Changes: Emerald Battlegrounds
The Emerald Battlegrounds world has been updated, reducing its size and updating strategic points.
The Emerald Battlegrounds now has a new map in the Map Window (M).

Psykeeper/Mentalist: Damage multiplier reduced from 0.12 to 0.11.
Elementor/Arcanist: Damage multiplier reduced from 0.12 to 0.11.
For reference, all other classes currently have a multiplier of 0.12 applied to their damage.
Changes: Sound Effects
Note: This is a work in progress, we know there are plenty of bosses without sound effects on the pattern attacks, we will be adding these over time.
Added sounds to Kalgas' attacks.
Added sounds to Kheldor's attacks.
Added sounds to Cyclops X's attacks.
Added sounds to General Razgul's attacks.
Added sounds to Behemoth's attacks.

As we've fully recoded this window, we used this occasion to make the wardrobe items apply to characters there.
This window will now keep your last selected character per account and per cluster in mind.
All projectiles are now handled server-side, which should prevent delay issues with them, as well as prevent several hacking methods.
The Lottery system has been removed as it was deemed toxic to the game's economy. Depending on player feedback, it might be brought back as an event once in a while.
The Guild Logo can now be changed an infinite amount of times. Additionally, a "Remove Logo" button has been added to the Guild Logo Selection Window.
Pets can no longer be targeted.
Teleportation points to the following points of interest have been added:

The amount of Berries required to craft Pet Food has been lowered from 25 to 15.
Pet Food now requires an additional 8 Leaves to be crafted.
The base amount of Herbs obtained by gathering Nettles has been reduced from 2~5 (scaling with level) to 1~3 (scaling with level).
Eviltron x900 will now have a visual effect playing around it.
Balance Changes
In an attempt to make equipment progression feel better, the following changes have been applied:
The algorithm calculating Set Effects stats has been updated. Sets now grant all of their stats right away, with the values depending on how much of the set is equipped.
This translates into the possibility to only equip only part of a set of higher Item Level in order to gain stats.
The amount of stats granted by Jewellery at lower level upgrades has been increased.
This translates into higher Item Level jewellery with lower upgrades will overall grant more bonuses.
In an attempt to prevent player confusion, Shields will no longer grant Attack bonuses. The following changes have been applied to keep the balance intact:
Psykeeper / Mentalist
All sets have been granted a slight increase in INT.
Billposter / Force Master
All sets have been granted a slight increase in Attack.
In order to turn Crit. Rate and Haste further into choice stats rather than stats that are maxed without effort early on, the following changes have been applied:
The amount of Crit. Rate gained from investing into the character's Main Stat has been reduced from 1 per 8 Stat Points to 1 per 12 Stat Points.
The PvP Buff "Fierce Fighter" has been adjusted to follow this change, its Crit. Rate bonus being reduced from 30% to 24%.
The amount of Haste obtained has been reduced from 25% + 0.25% per level to 20% + 0.167% per level.
All Classes
The amount of Haste and Crit. Rate obtained from Equipment has been revisited.
Please note that Crit. Rate and Haste will still be effortlessly maxed out for all classes later in the game.
Assist
On top of the Move Speed updates, the Move Speed provided by Quick Step has been lowered from 15% (previously 20%) to 10%, and its duration has been reduced from 45s to 25s.
Skills that provide an increase in duration upon defeating an enemy will now have their duration capped at twice the original duration.
PvE Balance Changes
In order to adjust to the previously stated updates to equipment, as well as reduce the effiency of using the same class twice in the same party, a few minor updates have been applied to most classes' damage. Please keep in mind that the resulted DPS should still be approximately the same as prior to this patch.
